I shot my mentor/friend

As someone looking to become a well established photographer, I would highly recommend taking classes and learning from one of your favorites in the business. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Nasilele, through a mutual friend, who is the owner and sole Photographer at Nasilele Photography located in Bedford Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn, NY. What intrigued me about her work is her composition and use of natural light. She presented me with the opportunity to take a few photos of her and her son, Ajani. I guess I stepped up to the challenge and met it to her liking... She used a couple of the photos on her annual Christmas Cards!
